Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your VAST Sports purchase. This policy applies to all orders placed on vastsports.co.za.

1. 5-Day Return Window
You have 5 days from the date you receive your order to request a return for change of mind.

2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unopened, unused, and still in its original sealed packaging
  • In the same condition you received it, with all seals, tags and labels intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Opened or seal-broken supplements cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

3. How to Start a Return
Contact us at Info@vastsports.co.za within the 5-day window and include your order number and the reason for the return.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions.

Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

4. Damages, Defects & Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately (ideally within 48 hours) at Info@vastsports.co.za with clear photos so we can make it right.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or unsealed nutritional supplements
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalised products

6. Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the eligible item and place a new order for the desired product once the return is processed.

7. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may take additional time to process the credit.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received the refund, please contact us at Info@vastsports.co.za.

8. Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act. You retain all statutory remedies for defective goods and any applicable cooling-off rights.
