VAST PRO CIRCLE — R30 000 YEAR’S FUEL GIVEAWAY

1. The Promoter

The competition is organised and promoted by VAST Sports SA (Pty) Ltd (Registration Number: 2016/152748/07), the official South African licensee of VAST Sports GmbH Austria (“the Promoter”).


2. Competition Period

Entries open from the date these Terms & Conditions are first published on the official website and close at 23:59 SAST on the date that is exactly 30 calendar days after the official VAST online shop goes live to the public.
The winner will be drawn within 7 working days after the closing date.

3. Eligibility

Open exclusively to permanent residents of South Africa who are 18 years or older on the date of entry.
Employees, directors, agents of VAST Sports SA (Pty) Ltd, their immediate family members, and anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible.
Only one entry per person is permitted (one unique Pro Circle signup = one entry).

4. How to Enter – No Purchase Necessary

Participants enter automatically by completing the VAST Pro Circle registration form on the official website. No purchase of any kind is required. Every valid, complete submission receives one automatic entry into the draw.
4A. Additional Launch Benefit (not part of the Prize)
Upon valid completion of the VAST Pro Circle registration form, every participant will receive a unique launch discount code. This code entitles the holder to a 10% discount on their first order only placed on the official VAST website. The discount:

  1. is limited to one use per person;
  2. applies solely to the first qualifying order;
  3. is non-transferable and cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly stated;
  4. has no cash value and expires as stated on the code.

This discount is an independent promotional offer and is not a condition of entry into the R30 000 Year’s Fuel Giveaway, nor does it form part of the Prize.

5. The Prize

One (1) Grand Prize consisting of R30 000.00 (Thirty Thousand Rand) worth of VAST premium performance supplements (“Year’s Worth of VAST Fuel”). The Prize will be delivered in four equal quarterly instalments over a 12-month period. No more than R7 500.00 (one quarter of the total value) may be claimed or shipped in any single quarter. Products will be selected from the current VAST range (subject to availability at the time of each shipment) and may be tailored to the winner’s Pro Mindset profile where possible. All shipments will be delivered free of charge to one nominated South African address.

6. Prize Conditions

The Prize is non-transferable, cannot be sold, exchanged, bartered, or transferred to any other person. No cash alternative is available. The winner may refuse the Prize, in which case a fresh draw will be conducted. The Promoter is not liable for any additional costs (e.g. import duties if the winner moves abroad, or any taxes that may become payable). The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with one of equal or greater value should any product become unavailable.

7. Draw, Notification & Announcement

The winner will be selected by a randomised electronic draw from all valid entries.
An independent attorney, registered auditor or accountant will oversee and certify the draw. The winner will be contacted directly via email and/or telephone within 7 working days of the draw. The winner’s name (and, if they consent, photo) will be publicly announced on the Promoter’s social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and website. The winner must respond with requested verification details (copy of ID and delivery address) within 14 days of first contact. If the winner is unreachable or unresponsive after two weeks of reasonable contact attempts, the Prize will be awarded to the next randomly selected runner-up.

8. Publicity

By entering, participants agree that the Promoter may use their name and surname for promotional and marketing purposes. Use of any photograph, video footage or other image of a participant (including the winner) requires the participant’s separate, prior consent. The winner will be given a clear opportunity to decline any request to participate in marketing activities or to have their image used.

9. Data Protection (POPIA)

Personal information collected via the Pro Circle form will be used solely for the administration of this competition, contacting the winner, and (only if consent was given) for future VAST marketing communications. All data is processed in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA). Participants may request access to or deletion of their data at any time by contacting the Promoter.

10. Competition Rules & Records

These Terms & Conditions constitute the official competition rules. They are available free of charge on the official website and will be provided to any participant or to the National Consumer Commission on request.
The Promoter will retain a full set of competition records (including these rules, the independent certification, winner details and prize acknowledgement) for a minimum of three years after the end of the competition.

11. General

The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the competition at any time for any reason, provided that such action is fair and reasonable.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. By entering the competition, all participants accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
