Shipping policy

We ship from our Cape Town warehouse (once stock arrives).

Delivery times (main centres):

• Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban – 3–6 business days
• Other major cities – 5–8 business days
• Rural areas – 10–15 business days

During pre-sales shipping may vary between 2-3 weeks.

Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout (free on orders over R2 000 during launch period).

Tracking: Every order receives a tracking link the day it leaves our warehouse.

International: Currently only within South Africa.

Returns: Unopened products may be returned within 14 days for a full refund (Customer Protection Act compliant). Opened supplements are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Damaged on arrival? Contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll replace free of charge.

Delays: In the unlikely event of load-shedding or courier issues we will keep you updated.
