Love the flavour. Definitely helped me to stop cramping. Maybe helped a bit with recovery too, but i'm not sure if it's because of the hydro or creatine. (Started using them at the same time.) I was looking for a further option. Pineapple/strawberry is really good, although pineapple mainly comes through as the flavour (strawberry you could guess). A bit less sweet would be even more optimal for me (it's also not so easy to achieve even with strong dilution and still have good taste)
