VAST Sports SA (Pty) Ltd ("we", "us", "VAST") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we collect: When you join the VAST Pro Circle or place an order we collect your name, email, phone, delivery address, age range, and training goals. We also collect technical data (cookies, IP address) to improve your experience.

How we use it: To send you product launches, training tips, exclusive drops, and personalised recommendations based on your Pro Mindset profile. We never sell your data.

Your rights (POPIA): You may access, correct, or delete your information at any time. Email Office@VastSports.co.za or contact our Information Officer. You can unsubscribe from any email with one click.

We share data only with: Our Austrian parent (VAST Sports GmbH) for product compliance, our secure payment gateway, and local courier partners (strict contracts in place).

Full policy continues with data retention (max 5 years after last interaction), security measures, and children under 18 (we do not knowingly collect).
